We prioritize primary sources and distinguish manufacturers' or providers' descriptions from our own assessments and inferences. We disclose unverified conditions and disagreements between sources where they matter to a decision.

We do not imply that we performed a test, visit or hands-on trial that we did not carry out. When we conduct our own checks, we describe the method and conditions.

Regional editions are not simply translations. We check differences in products, prices, standards and local systems.

We check image usage conditions and provide required credits. If we use generated images, we identify them and do not treat them as evidence of testing a real object.

We distinguish source-check dates from article update dates and record important corrections.

The site’s code includes no advertising or analytics. If advertising, affiliate links or supplied products create a relevant relationship in the future, we will disclose it clearly and update the relevant information.

Checks separate from AI-assisted creation do not guarantee that our work is error-free.
